Yes, other races besides the white race can be racist. I've known white submissives who get off on the whole 'differing colors/races' dynamics and I've known their reasons. Some of their reasons were not pretty but they were known and understood by these submissives and not their world view imposed on the rest of us. I do not know your reasons for why you think the way you do but your statement that it his superiority is because of his race is facile. No one is superior to another because of race...it may be to their mind, to their singing voice, to a thousand things...but race isn't it.

well blkmastersgirl...i'm sure the intent wasn't to be BASHED by the collarme community and you were just seeking opinions and experiences. Unfortunately, there are a lot of uncomfortable malicious folk on here that are incapable of voicing an opinion without attacking another person. You and your master enjoy your relationship and if race is a miniscule factor, more power to you. Enjoy it. Seems some aren't as tolerant as they profess to be.

To the person saying she should go to a KKK rally, how ignorant are you. If you were going to direct her to a racist gathering you should have said the black panthers or something spearheaded by blacks. Not the KKK. Hell they don't even like WHITE GAYS. To the person saying that black people play the race card simply because they can -BULLSHIT. Don't generalize. You are not black and one black persons' experience doesn't mean it's EVERYONE's experience. The fact that people even call it the race card is absolutely an insult to ALL persons.

Just because we don't agree with their dynamic doesn't mean it's wrong or that they are racist (how can you say they are racist when they are together?). I don't agree with some of the chauvanist b.s. I see floating around but doesn't mean I'm going to tell a Master or a Gorean that they are wrong and full of shit.

Onyx, I think the statement that got so many twisted off was "he does remind me that Black men are superior to white men".......it's possible she did not mean it in that way, but that is one fucked up sentence lol. If it was reversed, their would be some equally unhappy campers here.

i have served white Mistesses and black and i don't see the difference. If i was serving one who told me she thought one color was superior to the other, i would have to dump her, because i just don't deal well with racists and when you say one race is superior to another, you are a racist. Now there is a good chance that your currant master is better than any you have been with, however that would have nothing to do with his race. It would just mean he was a better master for whatever reason you feel he is. Of course after telling me he thinks black masters are superior to whites, i have to wonder how bad your past masters have been.

They may NOT be racist, however; this statement sure is.

How would people feel if someone said "he does remind me that White men are superior to black men".

My guess would be that they're not racists, but they say things without thinking about the consequences. What I assume this woman really means is that a black master is superior FOR HER. That wouldn't be a racist statement.

There is a difference. I don't know them to judge if "they" are racists I can only judge their words and those where racists.

You can assume all you want but that is not what was said. Not once did they come back and restate the orginal statement another way so it was not racist. So the idea that is not what she meant to say doesn't go very far with me.

I must dissent. Racism is an insitution, not an attitude. The statements you are characterizing are better called prejudicial. There is no racially-based institution that was established to keep white folk held down.

Good lord, folks, lighten up. A lot of folks, I understand, do race play. They're saying these things because it turns them on. That makes them racists just as much as what the rest of us do makes us abusers, victims, sexists, or whatever.

LOL, I just said go to a KKK rally, as it was tongue in cheek, that she might just be getting off on racist people in general. Yeah, I know she likes black racists not white ones. That was sorta the point. To bring up the disdain I'm sure she has for white racists, and maybe that would click a switch and she would see her expressed view was the same.

I'm not clear how the statement "black men are superior to white men" isn't racist.

As I started to read the posts after Blkmastersgirls question I found several people not responding to her question or giving her feedback concerning her question. It became a racist issue discusion blog. Please get back to answering her question or giving her your insights thru your own experience as she asked for with the correct subject at hand or get off of her blog!!! I find it very disrespectful and uncalled for.
