I didn't attribute anything to you - I asked you a direct question, to which you gave a direct answer, which I then accepted.

She didn't ask anybody to ring anybody - way to blow things out of proportion. You're working yourself right up into a lather about this. I can see why she was pushing those posts at you so hard - you're entertaining like this.

Not at all, I just find asking for someone not involved in a discussion to talk - Creepy. Really creepy. Perhaps it isn't as weird as it seems but it seems, really creepy. I don't think she was pushing I think she was butt hurt over something and became obsessed by my partner and I.

Ok, look. How much experience of forums have you actually had? I'm asking because you seem not to be able to tell the difference between someone laughing at you and taking an easy route to imply that you're lying, and someone genuinely trying to stalk you and being obsessed by you. You're mistaking point scoring (fairly amusing point scoring) for genuine butt hurt.

Asking someone to get a partner to go on microphone is........ not normal on any forum. It's plain weird.

Ahh but that's what forums are for, it doesn't involve getting their nearest and dearest to offer anything. Led alone participate actively by going on microphone or cam. Really creepy.

You may sense that I don't have a lot of sympathy with you on this one. And you've also missed my point. She's winding you up because it's funny. And I can see her point - I mean, look at you go! You're the spinning top that just keeps on whirling.

I think it's maybe because I'm from the UK scene, where we expect people to be accountable for who they are - most scenesters have an ic profile where people go on record to state that they've met them and are members of their real life network.

This is not someone you exchanged emails with on the other side? This is someone from the forums? IF that happened, then it's creepy. You might want to consider whether the person's just fucking with you, and you're letting them. You might also want to consider that the person thinks you're full of shit, and it trying to call you on it. i would definitely consider that this is the internet, and a request, however creepy, made over the computer can't hurt you. It's not like they left a horse's head in your bed, or put a bullet in your mailbox. THAT would be creepy.

If their email bothers you, then block the person. Problem solved. Then again, you could starts a thread about it to draw attention to the fact, and let this person know just how much they got to you. The choice is yours. Assuming that it even happened at all.
