reinforcements to maintain and perpetuate racism.

Examples include racist history, dominant cultural representations, popular myths, and compounded and chronic inequities, etc.




See the difference between institutional and structural racism? Or are you dense? One is about the institution, the other is how all the levels of racism interact within the larger culture... means micro and macro level racism from the individual to society at large.

I don't know why is so fucking hard for people to just use common sense... as if a political party would formally and intentionally go out of it's way to ensure someone is held back just because they're black, brown, or purple.  What an asinine premise?!!  Use some common sense. [8|]

Good fucking god...imagine my surprise ,after leaving for a round of golf,to see this thread had gone for 13 pages....I mean seriously folks it just didn't seem to have those sort of legs.So than I started reading...and all became clear...what we have here is proof positive that de nile ain't just a river in Egypt !
1965 LBJ twists the arms of southern Dixiecrats and passes Civil Rights legislation.....the Republican Party,the Party of Lincoln....the up till that point natural party of African Americans as a result of this...developed the "Southern Strategy" wherein they appeal to white fear wrap it in sates rights...and alienate blacks for the next 40 plus years.
Now You can deny these historical facts all you like...you can point out that the Rpublican Party does not in any way shape or form have a written,ironclad policy detailing their racism....but please find a rational reason to explain that the African American community votes as a bloc to the tune of 93% Democratic......do you think it is because they have gotten the unspoken message that the Republican Party has been putting out for years?
Bill Maher said it best...."Not all Republicans are racist...but if your a racist,odds are yu are a Republican"

Go ahead... provide you definitive evidence for this is "Structrually" or "Institutionally" a foundation of the Republican Party?  Hint: Neither Steele or Barnes have done so -- and neither have you. If you can't (as you haven't thus far), then your continued insistence that it exists is either woefully ignorant, partisan, or an outright lie.

MSLA is the same on every thread, it never changes. I avoid MSLA for this reason for the most part. It is like arguing with a rock, except the rock has more sense
