no im not saying that , the masters was to go on to be a nurse (god i cant spell it) anathesiaologist. i would have my own hours etc.

You really, seriously think you would be able to just make your own hours? Since Nurse Anesthesiologists tend to work in hospitals, how do you figure that?

presumably in tammy land the nurse anesthesiologists are the ones who decide the schedule of who get into the operating area at what time and day [8|]

Tammy has been in school (supposedly higher education) for 20 years. There is no higher degree program that takes 20 years. All this song and dance about school, and it turns out she's studying to be a beautician. Which around here at least takes about a year.

Really!  She is going to beauty school?  I missed that.  But now I have that song "Beauty School Drop Out" stuck in my head.

Presumably yes but to be fair we aren't in the US. Sadly Tammy has chosen not to answer so we will never know for sure.

My perverted mind actually found the comment about making their own hours hilariously funny. The road I went down was anesthetizing a patient and keeping the asleep until you took care of all your other business didn't wake them up until you were damn good and ready to wake them up......

But it was just a fleeting thought...I crack myself up with them all the time.....[8|]

I have cats, horses, dogs and chickens.  If some MOTHERFUCKER I was involved with told me I had to get rid of any of my animals, he would be shown the door so fast, it would make his head spin.  When you take an animal into your home, you are accepting responsibility for them for the rest of their lives.  If this is his idea of punishment, if you have any ethics at all, tell him to kiss your ass.

this!

If my parents would have had drama with looking after our cats in the past they would have limited computer time or tv time or trips out on the street to play with friends....they wouldn't have let it out on the cats as quite frankly it ain't their fault.

Maybe she does what I do. I curl up in bed witha laptop. When I get tired, I put thelaptop aside and I rest. When you have chronic pain, and enough experience with addicts, you learn to manage your pain without pain meds as often and as long as you can, because your other option is to be ill AND an addict. I, personally, choose to take no addicting meds unless I'm just not able to continue on without them. Fr this reason, I refuse to even accept a prescription with more than 10 days of pain meds. The last thing I need to do is add addiction to my problems.

Fuck, I dn't really hve the history with Tammy and Art that everyone else has, but I do understand suffering. I understand people get frustrated hearing excuse after excuse from someone who has come to a public board with a personal problem, but is it really necessary to assisnate her integrity ? Sorry, I don't agree with all of her choices but I don't see how being so brutally unkind is necessary.

also some folks like myself do touch type due to my first qualification in a secretary/PA job...so it has to be VERY bad to letting it prevent me from boing on the computer.

Are you suggesting that Art's posts (other than the 3 cell phone posts) are written by Tammy? Their writing styles are very different. Tammy's make me wonder about the quality of 20 years of higher ed...

Sometimes yes they are, others, not so much.   I asked once, long ago, about men vs women in writing styles...and I truly believe there are differences.  Especially when dealing with a narcissistic personality.   The writings will revolve around "me" and "I", not "her master".   When Art writes, it is usually well thought out and articulate, typos rarely happen.  That is a person who takes pride in their writing, because it's a reflection of them.

Just little differences I have observed.  When things get sloppy, or there are too many references to "her master", instead of "me"...I tend to think it's Tammy, not Art.

*edited because I was too eager to hit OK*

Whilst I agree with what you are saying, there nevertheless is still the option from some skilled people to pretend successfully the other person for a while (when they work hard on the writing style and likely revise some parts again before then submitting it)...

wasn't she claiming to sell avon chemistry in the past?

and that she would be an aromatherapist, too?

Now...I do have 3 qualifications, completed them all within 9.5 years...BUT I also actually worked (and continue to do so) in all of them [8|]

and not just created a list of them in my mind....

barelynangel -> RE: Fibro, school, house of 6 (7/8/2011 3:57:02 PM)

I would believe that since most surgeries unless they are emergency surgery, are scheduled in advance, she can probably make her own hours or she could chose the days she works etc etc.  If she works in a hospital, she may be able to set her hours and days easily due to they usually have surgeries around the clock sometimes due to ER surgeries.  It may also be a concept wherein she is on call.   There are many ways nowadays for people to make their own hours -- at least here in the US.  IF she works for a doctor's office -- most doctor's have set days and times they do surgeries.  So i would believe unless she is working for the ER or OR in a hospital, even then i have a feeling she could probably get away with scheduling her own hours as unless the surgery is emergency, most surgeries are scheduled in advance.

I can't say for sure, but i am sure she looked into that concept and based on the information she has from her school and such, there probably is a way for her to set her own hours type concept.

Ok the reason thing "A" has had to go on these trips etc, is it was court ordered. To join the kids of the community, they clean and get rewarded with trips. GREAT. The reason being she missed 45 days of school.... two weeks of having flu b and strep at the same time and a month from her tonsilectomy/adnoid... however it was only approved for two weeks... so she got 90 hours community service.

i know guys what your thinking and id say the same damn thing, and i greatly appreciate everyones advice, it does help strengthen me, ALOT. Now ive pissed off the house and Master too. Now I get to get rid of the cats, for my punishment. The cats didnt do anything i did! And i meant to do it. I was at my wits end, trying to figure out what to do, i had to turn somewhere, and being in a forum of people that mostly i havent met was the best way i could think of to handle it. What can i do, my hands are fucking tied! The house has to be perfect, i have to get this degree so i can work and not live off of 850 a month IF i lose everything. I have to be in a quiet dark room when the migraines hit , hence the bedroom. And nobody gives a flying fuck in this house! I am very mad and extremely sad that those i loved the most and would have done anything in the world for, think of me the way they do, treat me the way they do. I wanna scream its not right, but than again the world isnt fucking fair!

To put it plainly, as everyone else already has, you have a house of assholes.  Leave or put up with it.

Generally, new nurses or nurse anesthetists have low seniority and don't have a lot of flexibility on hours, especially since you'll have an extended period of "on the job" training.

But the game is up, and i cannot keep going on, and i dont care if there is a dish in the sink. Your right and i thank you from the bottom of my heart. Im done, ill live under a freaking bridge if i have to.... if there is no other alternative. I will no longer listen to the threats and screams and moans and cries of all the above because i am not perfect and i cant be. Thank you so so so so much! MY love to ya!!!

Good for you.

I really do hope you leave this abusive relationship and put your focus on yourself and your kids. For your sake, and for theirs.
