Patrick Henry correctly addressed the floor and stated obvious flaws in the "CON"stitution.

Now I came to that conclusion simply from the understanding of law as I was unaware Henry made a speech on it until it was brought to my attention.

Of course on the brite side at least the "state" has all those rights and freedoms...... oh wait so does the king LMAO

well I doubt you would be too happy if the queen simply up and changed your government with no authority to do so.

How about the use the word people and interpreting that to mean state?

I cannot find any where in history that people are a state.

Now you can find where people own an estate.

You can also find where the "e" was dropped off and it was simply stated as a state.

none of which can possess life nor take liberty to get up and move to canada.

Its hiway fraud and Patrick Henry pointed it out before it was made.

So America is a Monarcho-Democratic-Republic depending on when it serves the purposes of government to wipe out the the adjudication of the common law of Man as the supreme court and Patrick Henry said. 

I want to know just who "we the people" are since its obviously not me, nor is it you.

I already said who the fuck is the people in that statement?  The state and the people are 2 entirely different things in law.

so then if we go with your WE then that means the right to life is only for the collective not the singular.

Oh and to add "The People" or "the People" is a specific people, as compared with "the people" which refer to people generally..

there can also be "one" of the people.

Actually, she does have the power to dissolve parliament if her government appears to be completely fucked up: it would be politic for her to wait for a vote of no confidence, but she isn't actually obliged to do so.

Hmmm interesting term “top shelf”. When I first read the thread title I thought this guy was involved with porno mags. Apparently ut can also mean:

yeh thats like everyone expected einstein to come out with a sworn statement that pull it meant demolish....

Top shelf in the way I was using it means simply the finest.

The finest liqour in most bars in america are kept on the top shelf and the swill on the rail.  a rail is that shelf that is the most handy by the fountain.   The fountain is what the soda comes out of.

Its tarbender idioms.  so is that.

Had you ever slung drinks you propbably would have gatherd as much.

  • Liquor of higher quality (mainly referring to Whisky), which is kept on the top shelves in a store, whereas the other shelves would hold liquor of lower quality (this expression is mainly used in American English)

The monarchy did not really abrogate any of their own power.   They just spread it out.

Its not so in your face as it used to be when the king sojourned with his courtiers holding court thoughout the kingdom.

While the king/queen are not directly involved the judges worked for the king, except for the manor Estate-courts and they were under the king.

The king/queen has power that extends beyond the constitution and you appear to have carefully qualified your statement as "under" the constitution and in that I agree.  under tipped your hat.

On the other hand the monarchy does have power above the constitution and that no one wants to talk about.  One part as you stated to abolish parliament, there are many more.....

The only people in the world today that have "true" rights are the monarchy.

The rest have been forced into privileges at the end of the barrel of a gun just like iraq is finding out and afghanastan et al.

You know, RO, all this spam about 'we the people' shows you have a serious problem with English grammar.

I will give you a basic lesson. The subject of the sentence is the do-er. The object of the sentence is the do-ee.

Thus you have this sentence:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Now in this sentence, the subject is in italics and the object is in bold. This sentence says that people are making a constitution for a country. It does not say that the constitution is making a country for the people. Now I could see the confusion if this were in Russian or some other language that completely screws with subject/object placement, but this is pretty clear to me.
