good christ DBG, I don't know if you are being deliberately obtuse or if you simply aren't listening: You don't own the movies on your DVR, which means it is illegal to copy or duplicate them and distribute them to your yourself. Your $130 pays for a service that shows you movies, it doesn't pay for purchasing the movies you record onto a DVR or watch as part of your $130 package. If you don't like what the company is offering you for $130, then you either negotiate with them or you find another company that better suits you. You don't pirate movies owned by the company to make up for what you believe is being charged too much. You don't walk out of a store with stuff you didn't purchase because you feel they charged you too much for soap you just bought. Why would you believe its okay to do with your TV company? This really isn't rocket science. angel
