It gets tiring having men keep insisting that because they find an activity enjoyable that means women should enjoy it too. So you've encountered a lot of women who don't like dick pictures from strangers - instead of questioning that I think more men should take it to heart and they might find a woman. Sending junk pictures or posting them is invasive, it's assumptive, it's arrogant, it's stupid. why is their a difference? Easy. Most guys think sexually and focus on the physical, most women focus on the personality and the emotional.

Getting back to the OP, Human beings are visual creatures. That's reality. Men are more visually interested in mere appearance, women tend to me more visually interested in a man's confidence and how he carrys himself. While this might spark an instant lusty response, it does not inherently define attraction.

So to answer the ops very bizare question, the answer should be obvious, women are far less interested in the size/shape/color of a penis than the person it belongs to. I tend to believe truely confident men do not need to rely on a picture of thier penis in order to attract women. They know who they are, are confident with themselves and thier ideals and beliefs, and women pick up on that confidence and are naturally drawn to it.
