Correctly as in all you need to eat to be healthy, or eating healthily, and then therefor most snacks are not healthy, because if it's healthily and most snacks are not healthy ,I disagree. There's plenty of healthy snacks out there other than apples or nuts. Only apples and or nuts only are boring. Under the guidance of the last person I was working with I was supposed to eat 5-6 times a day, small meals. breakfast, then 2 hours later a snack, then lunch, then 2 hours after lunch a snack, then dinner, and after dinner before bedtime,if I needed it to combat the sunrise thing where diabetics blood sugar spikes high over night , a snack again before bedtime. There's also other meals to be considered than just the dinner items we got for 4 meals. I don't have any breakfast stuff, except eggs, and 4 apples, which will last for a while, cause our chickens give us about 6 eggs a day, per chicken and we have 9 chickens, but I would of liked other things to have for breakfast other than eggs and apples. Plus I am not the only one to consider , Daddy wants to be able to afford to buy things he wants. I can't hog all the grocery money, and on stuff that won't last us more than 3 or 4 days at a time. quote:
