You missed the point of my post... your post FALSELY presented a picture of "84 ethics sanctions", leaving out that all but ONE was dismissed, and that ONE was for "claiming tax-exempt status for a college course run for political purposes" -- hardly akin to the Grand Jury Perjury and Obstruction of Justice charges against Clinton, for example... TALK ABOUT "SHAME"?!! Do neither of these strike a chord with you?!! In short, you made a mountain of a mole hill. Now, as to his "hypocrisy"?!! The rule allows certain non-profit religious employers that offer insurance to their employees the choice of whether or not to cover contraceptive services. Today the department is announcing that the final rule on preventive health services will ensure that women with health insurance coverage will have access to the full range of the Institute of Medicine’s recommended preventive services, including all FDA -approved forms of contraception. Women will not have to forego these services because of expensive co-pays or deductibles, or because an insurance plan doesn’t include contraceptive services. This rule is consistent with the laws in a majority of states which already require contraception coverage in health plans, and includes the exemption in the interim final rule allowing certain religious organizations not to provide contraception coverage. Beginning August 1, 2012, most new and renewed health plans will be required to cover these services without cost sharing for women across the country.

so then what is your solution, surely you don't think the agenda changes, only it's visibility, the internet blackout did nothing but increase the urgency that SOPA's continued push towards legality be hidden, and it has, the next vote on it will occur sometime in the near future, and the protest had no notable effect on PIPA (you know, the one that will effectively kill youtube and facebook as well as making the government capable of taking away the DNS address of a website worldwide) they aren't listening, they're just finding another way to wriggle it out of the public eye until it's too late to do anything about.

SOPA is dead... PIPA is with it Congress is looking for alternatives Amazing how just 24 hours of protest from the internet made a whole Congressional membership sit up and take notice.
