I laugh at empty threats like the one the op posted.  It shows a weak and immature mind to have to resort to such tactics.

I tried to do military. I really did. But I watched some of the training stuff and realized that they were going to make me into something I wasn't.

I had to back down.

Empty threats make me laugh, but only because I don't make them. If I tell you I am coming to your house, I am on my way, and you better have coffee.

Lol.

I do agree that people who make threats openly on the net are weak, and they think somehow that people should be intimidated by the words on the screen.

Makes no sense to me at all. None. Not even a little.

But to post it to people who are obviously long standing members, and who are well liked and respected? That is just childish and stupid.

Just FYI, the USAF was nowhere near intense as what you see on TV about the Army or Marines. After basic training and tech school it was like a job with uniforms and a dress code. We had to run and weigh in once per year.
