It is both an interesting and tragic point.
I think that a law saying that it is worse to murder a pregnant woman would pass a sniff test, but not double-homicide. I don't think that if a woman were to ask someone to punch her in the stomach since wacko's closed down the only place she could get a safe abortion that the person who did her that favor should be charged with murder though.
Course, as I pointed out, Black Kohesh, Vodka, and "falling down the stairs," will do the job too. The trick is keeping the same wackos from making those illegal for the pregnant woman.
If it does become illegal to do any of those things while pregnant, than the state owes that woman proper compensation for restricting her freedom. Ready to pay her $25 Grand for that???
