Well that's an interesting way to put it. And I'm afraid that it only proves my point further. Those who want to see those who are against abortion in a negative manner with will frame the context of the argument in whatever way they want in order to feel like they have the higher ground. The focus of those who are pro-choice is that a woman has the right to choose whether or not she wishes to keep her baby/fetus (however you want to view it) or whether to abort it. And the focus of the pro-life groups is preserve life. They believe that when an egg is fertilized, it does indeed become a living human being. Despite what you may feel about that, it is what they believe. What you are doing is mixing your own opinions with their values in determining what they are thinking (i.e. "well its not really a human being yet as a fetus, so therefore they can't be focused on preserving a life. They have to be focusing on the choice aspect"). If going after the right to choose is the only way they can go about attaining their goal of preserving life, then that is what they are going to do. But you completely lost focus of what their goal is, LIFE, just like the goal of those that are pro-choice is CHOICE. And that is groups/clubs/ organizations etc etc choose names, because of their goals. But yet it is far easier for "some" to just say that a group of people is against women having a choice because that makes them sound like worse. All I'm asking is that people quit being so damn biased about stuff, geez. Stop pretending to be so open minded, and then getting pissed off when someone doesn't share the same opinions as you. If you want to be close-minded and refuse to accept that people who have different ideas (or believe completely counter to you) could have a point or even be right, thats fine, but just don't do that and then also claim to be some open-minded liberal thinker. Bc that just makes you full of shit.
