If you want to talk about the "spirit of D/s" then I suspect you'll find far more people who are only willing to engage in such games with established partners or, at minimum, people they've met through an established medium such as a local kink group. Once again, we return to the problem of the OP being a stranger and yet having the audacity to request favors without so much as having the decency to establish a rapport with the denizens of the forums or at least offering a tangible benefit (mowing the lawn, sending a gift, making a donation to a favored charity, etc.) in exchange for doing him a favor.

Frazzle, From days of old, I don't know how it goes lately... but what the op posted would be considered seeking some sort of partner and his post worthy of his journal or profile. On a stretch, I might consider that someone with a vested interest in the site and its provisions with a cost to someone, might be a way of advertisement. As for his being a submissive male... I have defended some, snarked at some, laughed a great deal and yet... I don't give a shit who it is... someone coming in focused asking women to do things for their sexual or kinky gain... deserve what they open the door to. Because males come in numbers much higher to do this and most are focused on the women... I will take the stand of a woman and a target group. Karmastic, If I had the time, which I do not, I could find far more men coming in looking for favors than women. Now, I have even created a thread about how male submissives are treated differently and I don't deny that that is often true. Then again, it is also true that men are targeting women most often and women target men. Remember those different views. Please consider it isn't just a matter of a simple thing... like a double standard you speak about. It is a big picture... how women are treated, how men expect women to service them and sometimes they don't even take the time to say hello, whats your name or show interest that might mean something to a woman. You are looking at this as a male... some are coming from the view of a woman. Maybe women can just walk away and not say anything and believe me... we do often. Do you want us silent on issues we find important? Until you walk in the shoes of a woman... you really cannot comment on how we might view it effectively. How would you like twenty to a hundred emails a day asking about something you found personal? Day after day, year after year... you might want to respond in a way that might seem off to some others. I don't even find your interest in the matter strange. Its rather typical. Let's let some guys talk to your daughter that way or expect her to service them in some manner, so glibly. Would you feel the same? Would you find it a crime if she said what she felt in response to it?
