I haven’t read the whole thread, so I’m sorry if I repeat someone else… I don’t use nasty names. I prefer to use pet names. Like "my boy", "puppy", "little one", "babygurl", etc. Using nasty names makes me feel like I’m putting on a sexual fantasy façade for the benefit of sexual arousal. Since I’m not big into the whole sexual aspect of wiitwd, sexual buzz words just aren’t my thing. However, I don’t see them as degrading when others use them as terms of endearment. It’s not uncommon for a group of people to take the insulting words of outsiders and apply those words inside the in-group as terms of affection. It’s no different than teenage girls who jokingly call one another "bitch". Or black gangsters who call each other "nigger". Or guys who proudly refer to themselves as "rednecks". It’s a sub-cultural way of empowerment. I suspect the same is true when a group of sexually deviant perverts call each other … um… sexually deviant perverts.

IMO, IMHO, YMMV, AFAIK, to me, I see it as, from my perspective, it's been my experience, I only speak for myself, (and all other disclaimers here).
