I am inclined to agree with kitkat, if you have experienced it, you would understand. The tap, tap buildup to the more intense, welt leaving strokes has a wonderful effect on those of us that crave it. Great video. The tapping of a cane is known as "twilting" in the UK. Usually to warm up a bottom, before a caning. I do not enjoy twilting personally, and dont twilt lol.
