OK, you raise some very legitimate points Mod. My answer to you is as follows: (1) Yes, multiple people could make hostile comments about me or anybody else. But let's use your examples and think this thru logically, ok? For purposes of discussion, I will use "PerfectSoulMate" aka PSM in shorthand references below. AGE: How could anybody know PSM's correct age? Obviously, nobody would unless PSM was asked to send a copy of his driver's license or birth certificate. But when I ask somebody what their age currently is, I would not expect to see a major discrepancy when I subsequently see 3 different websites where that person has a profile. For example if PSM tells me that he is 36yo but I see two other websites with his profile and they show 29 and 44 respectively --- obviously, it is likely that there is some kind of dishonesty involved. Many websites indicate how long a profile has been in existence so you can calculate a difference in age from the original age input---assuming that it is not auto-updated. (Most websites do auto-update the age btw). PARK: One no-show would not be a reason for listing. However, if multiple people reported that PSM did not show up for an agreed-upon meeting AND, more importantly, PSM did not even call or send a message to say he/she was not going to show -- then that becomes dispositive evidence. CONDOM USE: The primary issue here is upfront honesty. So the first question is what does PSM's profile indicate? If PSM's profile states that he does not use condoms, then any partner who meets him knows that beforehand. BUT if PSM tells someone that he would wear a condom but then does not --- then that definitely would be worth reporting...especially if it happens more than once because it becomes an indicator of a pattern of dishonesty. HOUSE CONDITION: Not really a relevant issue to what we are discussing because the hypothetical person in your example could turn around and leave. But, again, if your example was part of a larger pattern of dishonesty about other matters as well --then, yes, it could be basis for listing. OVERALL OBSERVATION: The major flaw in your hypothetical examples is this: No single negative comment would be compelling evidence about anything. There would have to be a pattern. For example, in one of my earlier messages I mentioned that I have seen several CM profiles which specified profile names who were dishonest and there were some specific details given. One involved an immediate request for travel money. One of the profile names listed was somebody whom I had just spent 3 days chatting with (on CM and on Yahoo messenger). If I had seen that profile info BEFORE I spent 3 days chatting, I could have asked some probing questions which would have immediately ended our conversation -- thus saving me at least 2 days of back-and-forth messages. Obviously, I am not the only person who experienced the same behavior with that particular person---and that is very useful information to have. However, it is still up to me to make my own evaluation and my own decision --- which is all the list is intended to facilitate. quote:

ORIGINAL: pshornyguy I have no problem whatsoever with their rule. I am not proposing a blacklist. I am proposing an information list. I don't usually speak for the site (VideoAdminAlpha does that), but I believe I can safely say that we do not allow the "information list" either. Allow me to give you an example of why. We have stated many times that when you report a photo, each and every photo reported is reviewed by a real person. It is not an autosystem. Despite this, people will use one or more accounts to repeatedly report the same photos, trying to get us to take them down. So, in that vein... Information List: 1. pshornyguy told me he was 67 but he is really 77. by JohnB, 6/8/2012 2. pshornyguy said he would meet me at the park but he never showed up. by MikeC, 6/8/2012 3. pshornyguy said he would always use a condom because he is HIVpos, but once he had me tied up he fucked me without one. by LarryM, 6/9/2012 4. pshornyguy told me he always keeps his house neat and clean, but when I got there, I could barely get in the front door due to the piles of trash everywhere. The stench was unbelievable. by JimmyL, 6/10/2012 How does it feel now? How does it feel to know that JohnB got angry at you and made all those other entries as well? How do you get this information removed? Why should anyone believe you and not these other guys? Why should you spend time defending yourself when you know you've done nothing wrong? What if the guy that is perfect for you sees this and decides that he doesn't need this kind of drama? quote:
