Karm,

Think about the TV shows we grew up with: Leave it to Beaver (1950s), The Dick Van Dyke Show (1960s) and The Brady Bunch (1970s).

Those men were always greeted by someone who received them, whether it was a kiss at the door, or a drink in hand, those men were greeted by their loved one and there was nothing kinky about it.

I think you may have the kinksters version of that syndrome medical students get: where they suddenly start coming down with all of these oddball diseases (which happen to be the ones they are studying).

I think that because you have kink on your mind more often you are probably starting to spot signs of it everywhere... and sometimes it's just vanilla with a happy cherry on top.

FR

My history with greeting my Master leaves a lot to be desired.

When He is expected, I generally greet him in a way that pleases Him.
However, even though I adore drop in visits and he has a key and is welcome anytime, I don't always respond to them well.

Such as: "What are you doing here?"

(That does not go over especially well.)

The tendency to see kink everywhere kind of reminds me of what sub frenzy is like.

lol, well said. i was going to point out that i never assumed it was kink or bdsm (despite what people thought), i just asked as an open ended question. and i was going to point out that i didn't relay the entire thread/conversation which gave me the vibe.

but AngelikaJ, you said it well - I'm looking for it now where before i wasn't. i think that is natural, since i'm kinda coming out of the closet, so to speak. and I'll be very happy if someone happens to pick up on one of my shaded comments (in real life), and i know they know based on their reaction and answer. i'm having more fun with that now, and the comments seem like a harmless enough joke, for someone who isn't into it.

btw - thanks, you always have good comments.

I'm Italian. First, we kiss. Then we argue. Protocol is protocol.
