quote:
ORIGINAL: flaswitchmale In reality, the submissive should be the one thanking the Dominant. The Dominant is doing all the work, and all the submissive has to do is be there and submit. A true submissive will realize this, and be thankful. Oh Hell, son - who lied to you and told you that???? The "dom" does all the work?? Since WHEN? Every time I've been in a ds relationship (there have been 7 over the course of the past 22 years) *I did all the work. I did all the cleaning, cooking, serving, being on call, defering of wants and needs to someone else, defering of preferences in everything from clothing and hair and makeup to scene styles, times, intensities, and locations. What the hell was the dom doing other than basking in the fact that he never had to lift his rump from the couch except to go pee while he gave orders, got waited on hand and foot, and never had to wonder whether he was going to do Anything other than follow his own whims? If that qualifies as "doing all the work" then I need to Seriously consider becoming a domina and leaving submission behind for eternity.
