It is extremely more difficult, and anyone who really wants it, and not just wanting a quickie cyber scene has to have the patience of a saint. I can understand why some people don't understand it, and I definitely understand why it's generally not preferred, but that doesn't mean it can't still be rewarding to both the Dom/me and the sub. Submitting online takes TRUE submission. Yes there are a lot of pitfalls, but it is so in r/t as well (yes I have experienced both). It takes time, trust, love, patience, and lots and lots of understanding as well as accepting mistakes and moving past them - learning and living.. not much different there than in real life is it? Now, I have experienced two types of online training.. cyber "text based" training..and cam (and other tech devices) training. The difference? Well, one leaves more to the imagination. If it's all text, then you better make sure the person on the other side is for real, and there is a LOT of trust involved. Honestly more can be done with text..and it takes a person who doesn't need every little thing to be physical to be able to accept it. Some need mostly physical, and that's OK..then the best I can suggest there is seek out r/t as best as you can.. Not saying it can't be physical at all tho, 'cause it can, just not as much. It's true, nothing will ever replace the touch of someone. No thought, words of text, or picture can replace it..but to submit when it's not available..takes a true submissive / slave.. no gift of submission in my honest opinion could be more true.
