Actually, mike, the context of around his declaration "You didn't build that" was even worse than if you take that single sentence out of context.

And his attitude in delivering it was him at his worst, his attitude and tone sounded a whole lot like a few liberal posters here.

There are however; several posters here under the misapprehension that labor day was cancelled, clearly it was not.  They are misinformed, presumeably by rightwing media, since rightwing media is so often incorrect and lacking any semblance of factuality.

I have heard that the DNC changed the Obama acceptance speech venue from one with 74,000 seats, to one with 20,000 seats. I guess Obama doesn't want to show all those empty chairs ... that would make a hell of a ad ...

In real news, the approval rating for Obama at this point is slightly better than Ws and slightly (very slightly) less than Reagans.

Weren't they a couple terms a piece?  (and quite a bit better than Nixons.)
