Would you expound on what these requirements are? I'm sure that some people here would feel that the requirements are very reasonable.

You're asking for something that not a lot of people are into. Those who are will probably want to know a little bit about you. Also, since they know that what they provide is rare, they can afford to be a bit choosey over who they choose to play with. It's that old supply and demand thing. There's more demand than supply, so those who are supplying can ask for whatever they like.

My requirements?

I am not experienced!
