I recently joined a Master to reacquaint me to the lifestyle. He is teaching me slowly. He does offer affection and caresses and slight massages after my punishments. Why can't you ask your master?  He's the only one that can tell you if you and he are going to have intercourse eventually or not.  At best, everyone else would be speculating.  We don't know you or him...

If he doesn't start fucking you in the next few weeks or months he's just not into intercourse and you have to decide if this is a deal breaker for you or not. It wouldn't be for me.

Don't make the common mistake that typical relationship issues fall by the wayside when BDSM is involved - this is still a relationship and you have the right to get your needs met (or move on.)
