I wave hello. If someone replies I respond with their comments in mind, and usually relate it back to someone I am familiar with.

CM is the coffee shop everyone says to go to, the conversation just takes longer and has typos.

Well yeah. It helps a lot when you're head over heels in love. I'm kind of stuck with the whole endearment gig.
