It wasn't a defense. It was a broad statement saying this place isn't as horrible as someone may think someone else thinks it is. To me, it was a very general statement.

When I first started posting here, I made some pretty snarky comments.. and got called on them quickly by Holly no less! And she was right to do so. When you come into someone else's house, you play by their rules.

This is Collarme's house. I play by their rules. I enjoy their forums as long as they allow me too. When I step out of line, I get spanked like the rest.

I can be snarky, bitchy, mean.. or I can be sweet, kind and understanding. What I wont be is walked over, talked down too (unless I decide to allow the other poster to do so) or demeaned because my view point differs from someone's... or everyone's.

Some do not like how I post... some do not like what I post. To those all I have to say is... grow up, develop a thicker skin, or block me. Im not about to change unless the "home owners" tell me I have too.

This has seemed to die down, but this happened to me repeatedly for months. I would post and the link would pop up to my old thread, even in unrelated postings I made, with a comment, telling people this is what kind of person they were dealing with.

Honestly I do think there is a group of CCC's that do on occasion do witch hunts. I can be pretty snarky myself though so I will not go without any admittance of faults. Cause I do have them. ANd some things I asked for.
I really dont have a probelm standing alone though, never have, but I can say months ago I was so distraught when I came on here, the taunting was very hurtful and shocking in the emotional state I was in at the time.

I have to agree with this statement as well. I post individually and I post what Im thinking. I dont pack up here with other users - I ask my own individual questions - and I dont see a pack mentality here. Not at all.

What I do see, is that when someone is acting like a dipshit -then more than likely Im not the only one seeing it and most likely see people reacting in the same manner.

Example - someone we've never seen on the boards before comes on and says: Why are all Dommes fat and stupid?

How well do you think thats gonna fly? Am I supposed to be respectful to this person? Want them to stick around to "enjoy" themselves? Either A, they are a troll and are just here to irritate users, or B they are too stupid to be here. For people like this - I have my snark gun locked and loaded, and I dont need a pack to take aim at these kind of people.

There is a reason I most stay out of the intros.

In other threads, I reply to posts. Most of the time I don't even bother noticing how long the person has been here. It's their posts I am more focused on.

Like Janah, when I see shit, I am gonna call it shit. I try to honour the house rules but ya, I've had my fair share of posts disappear I am sure. Usually though, the only time I notice is when a thread was particularly entertaining and I go back to find the whole thread MIA.

I think they gave up sending me 'special' letters cuz I ignore them anyway.

I'm not talking a POV. That would be different. It's kind of like when someone says they would never cheat on their spouse. And low and behold, less than 2 months later they are engaged in something hot and heavy with someone who isn't their spouse.

Or like the guy who was vehemently anti-abortion and when he got a friend of mine pregnant...the first thing he wants to know is if she will get an abortion and how her having the baby would totally fuck up his life, blah, blah, blah.

But I have to give ol Chatter some kudos - she stuck it out. Note to Chatter = Chatter you have to admit - you have chilled out quite a bit since then and youre not nearly as annoying as you were when you first came on.
