Granted, holding people accountable is a novel thought, and the civilized way of dealing with the problem, but there is another way to find out for sure if a person is guilty or innocent. You tie them up and then throw them in deep water, IF they float they are guilty, since the water is rejecting them. If they sink then they are innocent.

Unlike the Zimmerman case though, this one looks like the shooter is at fault though and should be prosecuted.

Oh, and that recent developments in one case show that it's about to fall apart in epicly hilarious fashion, while the newer case will likely get a conviction (as it should, based on what we currently know.)

We are discussing the Dunn case. Leave the other out. Witnesses in THIS case will be the convicting factor. Dunn cant lie his way out of the witness statements.
