Just to let everyone interested Micheal Dunn, the guy who shot 17 year old Jordan Davis, a black, at a gas station for playing his music too loud, now is charged with 1st Degree Murder, also included are 3 attempted lst Degree Murders. They new charges came from a Grand Jury, which under Flordia law is the only way such charges can be approved. The State Attorney however has stated they will not seek the death penalty. Dunn still claims he was justified under the Flordia "Stand Your Ground" law do to his claim that a shotgun was in the vehicle Davis was in, no weapon has ever been found.
