First off, studies have shown the mentally ill are no more violent then any other group. There are problems with the Federal Data base. As I pointed out in other threads some of these people who have commited crimes were under care, and were reported to authorities which did nothing. In a current case which I will not mention by name, the accused has admitted having Attention Deficit (Hyperactive) Disorder and is taking medication specifically Adderall and Tamazepam. The disorder syptoms include irresponsible behavior, easily loose temper, quick to anger. The medication have side effects that include psychosis, aggresion, irritabilty, hallucination to name a few. Yet this person did manage to legally obtain weapons. I find it rather funny that some pro gun people dismissed all this, yet now in gerneral are trying to focus on the mentally ill as a means to divert attention away from other issues.

Actually, the test would probably be for psychotic or sociopathic behavior patterns, those people are much more likely to be violent, see any report on serial and spree killers.

Every news story concerning the weapons used by Adam Lanza have stressed a 10mm and 9mm pistols and a bushmaster, the weapon left in the trunk of the car was a shotgun.

That backs up Tazzy.

i agree it looks like a saiga 12 but all that means is the boy never had a ar15

Alex Jones is the Messiah of the conspiracy theory population of this country.

You do know that by insulting him or belittling him you are consigning yourself to hell? or is that Nirvana? I get the two confused.

No, he had a Glock, Sig, A 15... inside.... and a Rifle in the trunk. The Coroner was quite clear on what was used to kill the children.

Yup, the coroner statement was that the children and adults killed were killed by .223 rounds.

As for the current conspiracy theory that Obama had some hit squad pull this shit off, man if you believe that, you should not be in possession of firearms, bb guns, fire crackers, alcohol, or gasoline.

The minors at Columbine did a good job.

As for this guy, each of the dead had multiple wounds, and were all found cowering in part of the room. He was just shooting into a mass of bodies. No need for marksmanship.

As the surviving Germans who were part of the Einsatzgruppen der Sicherheitspolizei und des SD, there are a few still alive and have served their prison sentences.

Uh, I can recommend a good shrink, cause man you need one.

This shit rates right up with Bush being behind 9/11.

The CIA being behind the JFK assassination.

FDR behind the attack on Pearl Harbor.

You tube is NOT regarded as education to anyone with an IQ above their shoe size, as any schmuck with a vid cam can spout whatever he wants. and edit anything to prove anything... Its one thing to believe the government are guilty , its another thing to think joe schmuck cant do the same thing. And stupid people believe them because THEY dont have an agenda, LMFAO what utter bollocks
sheeple versus goats....
baaaah

Please forgive me if I'm misunderstanding your point, but just because any schmuck can post a video to Youtube doesn't mean that everybody who does is a schmuck -- or that everything you find there is crap for sheeple. Serious questions have been raised about 911 by architects and engineers and pilots (in addition to the usual collection of wackos). I think they deserve a hearing.

I am well aware of that and Yes you are misunderstanding my point AND I've had my doubts about 9/11 since 9/11, AND I'm aware of all the conspiracy theories surrounding it and many other things...I also, have seen more "information" about the theories and the debunked responses than I care to remember.
Lets face it we have been having these theories tested, argued and retested since Ive been on Collarme.

The conversation we ought to have, instead of guns, is 'Why are we so desperate to turn the conversation away from the only one which could seriously yield an answer - guns?'
