Actual debt reduction can be achieved by ,in part,raising revenues .

If we had mandatory birth control till after you graduate high school thatvwoul stop a lot of crime. If we kept it mandatory till you owned a home, that would fix a ton of social ills.

Clip em all, even better. Sterilize them all at birth or when they immigrate here! Completly reversible of course, ban any medical plan from paying for it so they have to pay for it themselves.

Indeed it can, in part.
I do indeed favor raising revenues.


However, debt reduction cannot be achieved without the other part, decreasing spending.

Glad to hear you favor that step, unlike Obama and Dems who have flip-flopped from a 3:1 spending cuts to tax increases ratio during the latter stages of the 2012 election to a 4:1 tax increases to spending ratio post-election.
