Some people have the legal right to own guns. Some do not. You are fine with having those who have no legal right access because it may take you a few moments to get yours out of the safe. Got it.

Restricting access to the nut jobs. Which means legal gun owners taking responsibility for the access and locking them up. My position on this has not changed in the least.

Do the search yourself. Look up each of the shootings you mentioned. The attachment to each place is well documented. The incidents are described in detail. Students feeling bullied and abused. Cops at Columbine. A psychology report indicating why mass murders kill and how they pick their targets. I cant help you dont like the proof. But its out there.

Got it. again you jump to irrational conclusions I have owned a gun safe for over a decade besides you previously stated that the guns would only have to be locked up when I wasn't physically presentto protect them myself so the delay in getting to them wouldn't be relevant I pay for insurance because it is right I don't like for the state to pretend they are forcing me to I have a gun safe for security but I don't want the gov dictating to me what kind I will have and again pretending the are forcing me to your Va tech explination said he created a diversion to see to it that the guns weren't in the way when he started shooting by your analitical criteria thismeans that you are wrong on every example you gave (remember that since the guy at the mall ran into someone with a gun that proves(acording to you ) that the theater couldn't have been choosen because it was a gun free zone) once again you are just spouting anti gun talking points even if I didn't want to own a gun safe to say that I am ok with people who have no legal acsess is absurd

btw large capacity magazines are far more likely to jam A there is more stress on the spring B they usually do not come from the same manufacturer as the firearm When the 223 with the large magazine jammed he switched to the more lethal shotgun
