Yes you are. My position is to have the homeowner lock up his guns before they are stolen. If he fails to do so, then, yes, he is responsible for not taking responsibility. Its a fucking safe. Not taking your precious guns away, for fuck sake. If you can prove you took proper precautions, you are off the hook. What the fuck is the issue with that?
