Mis-quoting or editing someone's post is not a violation of the forum guidelines

You might want to be cautious about that.

I've read both and don't recall mis-quoting someone or editing their posts as a violation.
If it is please show me where.

Why in heaven's name would someone want their face to be "rated" by a gazillion strangers? Might we use the word "SHALLOW" here? LMAO

quote:

ORIGINAL: littlewonder

Dude, maybe this site is more to your liking. You want ratings? There ya go. Rate away to your heart's content!

http://www.ratemyface.com/

Forget faces. There used to be a site that people went to for rating naked pictures. I can't find it now, this was years ago. Me and a couple friends used to go there and have a blast rating people, lol. Fun activity for single parents without babysitters, and a bottle of wine!

Don't know if this is for nudes, but this place is brutal:

http://hotornot.com/

Oh we were brutal in our ratings as well. I know people like all different types, but really there are simply some people who shouldn't get naked with the lights on, let alone take a picture and post for people to rate, lol.

well, there was that one time I took a pic of myself as a nekkid Frodo trying to get the one ring from Arwen...

There are some interesting comments being made here...some that just may be being overlooked.

First of all, of COURSE a thread on "Positive Experiences" will be most welcomed on a website! It makes the owners of the website appear in a positive light, the website look like a great place to hook-up, and will increase advertising revenue for the owners.
A "Negative Experiences" thread would make the site look bad and unappealing. So of COURSE there are rules made up that don't allow for that.
And the administrators are hardly going to take the time to go through a list of people that other's don't like to decide who is trolling and who isn't.

Secondly, I may be dreaming, but it seems the OP is trying to do an awfully lot of advertising about what an angel, how hot, how intelligent, all the men they attract, etc. etc. in pretty much the majority of their posts. (just found that rather curious)

And lastly, if everyone had a dollar for all the names they've been called, all the rude messages they'd received, and all the bashings they'd taken, we'd all be pretty darn wealthy around here. (LOL)

(Thank you)

There already is a whole page devoted to positive experiences. You can see it listed on the All Forums page

so I can do a selective edit of your posts to misrepresent your character, your saying that is allowed?

No, that isn't allowed. Flaming posts are not allowed, and attempts to misrepresent or destroy someone's character would fall under that.

If you see that happening, and want to inform a moderator, use the Report button at the bottom right of the post. Of course, the moderators are the final arbiters of what is a flame and what is not.

Oh! I already knew that DarkFeather! I was just trying to make a comparison of positive vs negative experience threads. Sorry if it came across as not being a thread already. : )

you are dreaming, I counted, 4 posts at the most I mentioned the confidence I have of my beauty, 21 posts where I did not. Now I may be dreaming but in all seriousness, its impossible to read this thread and come to your conclusion, I find it curious that you obviously made that up. Why?

No Carmen, we won't be hanging out.
I can tell by your posts what type of person you can be. So no thanks. You're right, I'm not on your level. When I have an issue and the (damn near) entire group of experienced collarme members give me advice, I take it. Not argue with them and say " woe is me, no one understands" . We get this sorta thing all the time. What makes you different?

As pointed out, contact the mods on the other side and do your complaining.

LMAO OMG! Is it MY turn now?

I wrote my comment before all of your posts were made. I don't know exactly how many posts you made, nor do I care. It just seems very strange to me that someone/anyone would make more than one post at all about how intelligent, beautiful (coughs...darn cold), witty, well-known, sought after, etc. they were, and about their 5" heels and the Taylor Swift perfume, etc. I can't recall EVER reading a poster bring that up about themselves in more than one post before. So I just found that rather curious as well as why it would be necessary when discussing the lack of thread about bad experiences.

So that's my answer and there is no more..... : )

I doubt this will last - Mods who hate logic.. but to answer your first opening thread, you could not have a negative posts forums as they do not have enough storage space on all the web servers in the world currently running to house that.

I could list specific detail, 3rd party references, video, audio, images interviews blah blah but any thing truthful, damming or not in the rules $imply gets removed

Maybe a negative experiences forum isn't such a bad idea. I nominate this thread as the first entry.
