That's not scary, everyone should know Ms. Hannagan! WE LOVE YOU MS HANNAGAN!

Hell I still watch it if it comes on tv.

Oh God...I own it. And I've played the songs on the piano. And I've sung "Dumb Dog" to my chocolate lab while standing on a coffee table. Who's a bigger nerd than me?

I did grow up with the ole Carrol Burnett show, so am always a big fan. Haven't seen it on tv EVER, so it must still be in ownership

Actually that makes sense, since TCM most likely owns it. Yep have it though my tv watching habits gravitate towards the wee hours

Apparently our OP was a bit perturbed, she wrote me a very nasty email. Seems the very thing she is fighting so hard to stop is the very thing she does. So sorry My feelings are a bit tougher than yours, but juvenile attempts to hurt my feelings don't work, especially is they don't pertain to me. Hell, at least pick a "cut down" that would be in the same ball park. Thanks for playing, lol

Anyhoo, back to our positive topic..ANNIE!!!!

Oh, Oh, I know... lets have a place where you can write reviews about her conduct . As for Annie, I had such a crush on that saucy little minx, she is only 2 years younger than me. But alas, she was a big hollywood star, and I was a 3 foot tall math nerd from New Jersey...

His best though was, the interactions with Grace Jones as Strangé in the movie Boomerang

Lots of people around here have posted about how intelligent they are. Of course, you realize if you have to post how smart you are, it's because you aren't. The smartest people on this board haven't talked about their IQ. Their intelligence just shines through. In fact, for me, I lost all respect for one regular posted who commented on his intelligence.

Anyway, that's why people feel a need to post about their intelligence, hawtness, etc. Because they realize it ain't all that.

word on the street is that Will Smith is remaking Annie with his daughter Willow as the lead. Aileen Quinn (played Annie in the '82 version) is excited about it

thoughts?

Damn! We are practically neighbors. No offense, but after looking at the photos on your profile, your love of Annie is a bit more amusing. No offense intended. I actually think it is kind of cute, lol.

None taken, I am a font of useless knowledge. For example, I can quote verbatim almost every looney toons cartoon ever made

Mis-quoting or editing someone's post is not a violation of the forum guidelines

This actually illustrates why it can be difficult to have a list of rules. Generally, we say it is not allowed.

In this thread, it was used to prove a point and therefore is allowed, IN THIS CONTEXT.

It has been allowed in other contexts, such as in threads in Random, where there is joking amongst participants.

Random is for jokes? I thought all the women in the eye candy thread were available to order.

I love that site! hahaha. My girlfriend and I would sit around for hours with our margaritas all night long. We used to do this on the yahoo personals as well and email stupid stuff to some of them lol. This is what happens when you mix old age and margaritas.
