I am rather perplexed about some of the post here. Some have posted on other threads how they feel the government is taking away "their" rights, however it appears to me that these same people seem to care little if nothing about others having their right taken. If anyone had read the article, it states that a government offical can order the death of if they "believe" the person is a member of a “senior operational leaders” of al-Qaida or “an associated force even if there is no intelligence indicating they are engaged in an active plot to attack the U.S, nothing about any evidence of such. Regardless of what a US Citizen is accused of doing, the bill or rights protects him or her and as pointed out must be found guilty in a court of law by 12 peers, not some government bureacrat. The document tends continue to say this is legal under the rules of war, to my knowledge, we are not at war, Congress has yet to declare one. It is not truth that matters, but victory. Adolf Hitler
