Well it's fucking annoying and I tend to regard it as an affectation, although it is a matter of degree. The slashes are pure idiocy, whereas the personal pronoun fuckery is just jarring in a sentence and merely offends the grammar sensibilities of those of us for whom communication is a subtle art. I tend to see that kind of shit in the profiles and messages from overly obsequious subs and since I don't regard sycophancy as an attractive trait, it's really an annoying turnoff more than anything else. Mind you, it's merely one in a list of many. So while it raises an eyebrow, I really couldn't be fucked expending energy over it.

I'm kind of torn on this. On the one hand, I'm not inclined to bend the rules of grammar for every dominant who walks by. For my significant other, maybe, if I had a significant other who I felt well and truly submissive towards. On the other hand, a dominant woman whom I respect a great deal, along with her household, collectively use slashes. And I can't quite figure out if my respect for trumps my disinclination towards non-standard capitalization. That's just my thoughts on me using it, mind you. Other people are welcome to do as they please. YKINMKBYKIOK.

I love that use of capital letters, which I didn't know about until 3 days ago XD, because it's kind of like japanese honorifics - the changing of words/names to show some sort of social "ranking".
