2 defendents found delinquent, 3 counts, juvenile court.

It's worth noting stuff like this though because I think it fits into a larger pattern of lawlessness in the US. Forget about judges and investigators. If you look at the general populace we have replaced "do what's right" with "do what you can get away with".

Status: offline 		I'm surprised they weren't tried as adults, but their punishment will be lifelong regardless of their sentence because of the sex offender list. What's sad is, there are so many people on that list that shouldn't be. Once common teenage pranks like mooning and streaking as can result in having to register right along with rapists. So can urinating outside.

Status: offline 		Rape and sexual assault is wrong, period. A person's poor judgment should not expose them to any kind of justification for rape or sexual assault. You go into a dark parking lot in Chicago after midnight, your chances of getting mugged or murdered are pretty high and your stupid for doing it but that doesn't give the criminal a free pass unless the criminal wants to go to ass pound town in prison. The girl was stupid, but the boys were monsters and should have been tried as adults and been made an example of. If a girl is drunk you leave her the hell alone, to do anything else you are rolling the dice and better be prepared to get hit with rape charges.
