But moving on, I have to tell you that telling people to move on just doesn't work on an online forum. You do realize that this site is available worldwide. Some parts of the world are just waking up and seeing your thread for the first time. And when they do, they are going to reply to your introductory post. Many won't take the time to read through your (half-hearted) retractions. That's why it's important to think before you type.

As far as the legal ramifications, many of us have been doing this for decades. We are very familiar with the legal considerations. We also have several lawyers here in the forum. Do a search. There are plenty of discussion about the legal considerations in BDSM. Scholarly articles and legal expertise has been shared on the topic. I think you'll find that the information that's available trumps what you've learned in a freshman sociology class.

And for the record, this is not a flame, just as my first post in this thread wasn't. So please don't receive it as such. I am genuinely trying to help you.

For someone not really interested, just wanting information for some research, I find the original question lacking in the depth one would expect from a person seeking to be educated and wishing to use the information compiled for anything other than personal use. Was the real question, how do dominants react when faced with a belittling, whiny, passive aggressive poster? Then on how they react to someone that changes the subject because he didn't like anyone responding in a way that wasn't what he wanted?

I call BS on the educational reason for the first question. If it were a real question posed for the purpose later mentioned, there would have been some research that preceded it and the OP would have already been more informed and would have presented differently. He also wouldn't have said something to the effect that he just wanted someone to view his body.

So now, I do believe that someone has some repressed feelings/fantasies and when faced with those that wouldn't comply, became exactly what he wanted to know how to become. A+

OP,trying to argue with a bunch of Dominant Women an anyone in general,will certainly do you no favors.Take it from someone who had to find out the hard way,that doesn't work.Its okay to agree to disagree.But calling people names and such won't work.A change in additude is helpful.Maybe learn to be a little more humble.Just my advice,thats all.

Exactly. I was thinking that same thing from the moment he removed his naked avatar picture and replaced it with the professor shot. He screwed up, and now he's doing damage control.

Think about any college class or professor that you know/knew. How many of them would be interested in random input from unverified strangers on a kink website? Ummmmmm, NONE! It's not good research technique. No academic would be interested in it. Unless they wanted random, qualitative background noise. From a research standpoint, that's all this is. No serious institution or researcher would care what we had to say. A freshman taking Sociology 101 might not realize that, but this former grad student does.

In order to do research you need feedback, as well as observational participation and literature analysis. If you were grad student you would know that. People have blogged in the past to get research in a mass amounts of information. That's all I'm doing, I love how you some of you people actually care and others just want to be retarded.

Think before you type, if you call bullshit on how people ask questions, here is some homework for you look up what a questionnaire is and then come back and try to say this method of questioning people who know about this lifestyle is invalid for collecting information.

If you really must know the paper is called a "A Life within a Life" I dont do half ass work, I wouldn't be a junior college at 18 years if I did. When I do research especially for sociology I cover all the bases. From opinions, to critical data collection, to participant observations. How do you think found this sight, I went to a "munch" the people there told me to avoid this site as there are pretty crazy people here. I said if there crazy thats good I will get the crazy side and the sane side, I will collect personal testimonies, personal experiences, institutional observations, to systematical international relations from culture to culture.

You think I'm the only on this project, you think I'm the only person doing research on this lifestyle.

I forgot some of you dont think you simply want to bash without any support you up besides a pathetic assumption that your right over irrelevant information from your personal lives.

What I personally dont understand is what your angle. This is NOT a thread for bashing.

This is essence is questionnaire and your turning it into something that is just worthless information. Your right no professional would want to look at what information you are supplying to me now, the people I thanked were people who actually answered the questionnaire and I thank ahead of time the others who answered it again.

Please I ask to answer the questionnaire or just go away, because honestly I dont have time to sort through all your bullshit.
