There have to be other ways to excite him and get his full attention. Have you considering doing something provocative and seductive that doesn't negotiate his feelings in a negative way? Maybe try some belly dancing classes. It could be exhilarating to learn a sexy new style, then maybe show off at a talent show or an amatuer strip night? You'll get his attention and that of a captive audience, but when he takes you home it's just between you and him.

I think it's just about finding a healthy balance that works for both of you

I highly enjoyed your suggestion. It's very creative and I'm certain it would be something he would enjoy. Thank you for the advice.

The majority of bdsm happens to literally be rather.. 'fucked' up.

My insecurities don't round about something I find arousing. To each their own.
Then again, we are talking about sadism and a psychological way. I'm sure many people can argue to whether it is 'morally correct'.

The thing with Sadisme is it don“t work without Masochisme, and if he don`t want it he is not the masochist you need for your way of sadisme, and he is clerely not that masochist.

A word of advice Next time you are looking for a masochist to your sadism, be honest about what you are and when you talk about your fantasies do not hold anything back, it's the only way you will find a masochist to your sadism, maybe you think that your fantasies are weird or fucked up and conceals some of the truth but then you break the trust that is vital in BDSM

Not every masochist is into the mind fucks.... I adore the mind fucks (mental sadism) I hate physical pain.

I dont see where he is "clearly not" anything.
