...Does the President have the Authority?

Former Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean questioned whether President Obama has the "legal authority" to carry out the Obamacare fix the White House outlined today:

Then there's the new Democrat rising star and legume right off the old Peanut bush,

Jason Carter: Georgians think ACA ‘a mess

And so.... The President under dubious authority will now in effect "delay" the individual mandate from the exact source he was hoping would be paying for the AHA while giving the to the nation the No. 1 issue in the 2014 National Elections

White House tries to salvage Obamacare, Democrats in distress

Of Course, the first thing the The Collarme President Obama Protection Axis will do is attack the sources so, why not give them some more red meat.

POLICY CANCELLATIONS: OBAMA WILL ALLOW OLD PLANS

Anything besides nutsacker drooling blogs and lies and opinions?

I read the transcript of what he has said, and am betting that his multitude of legal opinions from the legal experts he has gives him that policy choice.

And it is true, State insurance commissioners have historically been ultimately responsible for an ok.

Of Course, The Collarme Nutsacker Hysterical Axis will shit their pants, whine, slobber, and ineptly do little else, but present hallucinations as fact, as their masters down in the nutsacker house do.

In the real world the President can certainly order a fix to a regulation issued by the executive branch. However it won't change a thing. The insurance companies are not going to re-issue those canceled policies.

Well, because that is not his remarks, they were clipped.  Your replacement term perjoratives are too fuckin long for me.  I usually copy and paste yours and fix them properly, I aint typing that panic that you project.

HA!

Here... The Paper of Record all but portraying the President as a weepy, grief stricken victim, questioning his authority and wondering who will ride in to help of Senate & House Democrats in 2014

Happy now...

A Contrite Obama Unveils a Health Fix

And why again did the Democrats allow the shut down of the Federal Government when all they had to do to keep it open was to delay the individual mandate for a year (like was done for corporations) which is pretty much what will happen now when insurance companies don't "uncancel"????

And all but portraying the nutsackers as nazi party although extremely inept, and the insurance companies as Adolph Hitler.

Yeah, got it.  We see it the same now.

Its not godwin, it is a equivalent characterization of the asswipe you spew.  Who is goodwin?  Have some idea of what you are on about, please.

Factless, and impugning.  You flame, bait and bash as a matter of course fats, I cannot see you disingenuously taking umbrage at others mirroring your foolish gummings.

Every fool can wonder, but when we look at the law, what prevents him from doing that please?

Or is this just to hype up the feebleminded, shit like this?

How many people have died as a direct result of the ACA debacle and insurance cancellations?

Because one has nothing to do with the other.  They said many times they would entertain the question once the government was funded and running.

here is the transcript from a nutsacker source:

So Obama is telling more lies on top of his lies.

Then he should jail the insurance companies lock stock and barrel for treason.  Looks like it may be in their best interests to cooperate somewhat, or it looks like some shit is gonna be legislated.

Yeah, shit needs to be legislated but it hasn't stopped Obama in the past.

True, but the House did pass a CR with only two changes. One was delaying the mandate for a year. The other was removing employer subsidies for for Congress, it's staff and appointees.

True that no CR was passed that only delayed the individual mandate for a year, but that one was damn close, and it was passed 228-201 on September 30th.
