This is a fetish that I'm very cautious of. Feeders tend to want feedees as big as they possibly can be which usually fucks with their health to the point of immobility/death....there never seems to be an end to it all. So I could never do it and I would tell any friend of mine who happened to be into the lifestyle to be very careful and cautious.
