No you didn't. You can keep telling me that all you want but it doesn't make it true. I guess you believe it though.

Back at ya.

Well then, point it out. You can play the mocking bird game if you want but I'm done with it. Have a nice day.

That's probably his whole point. I guess that's what ya do when you can't come up with anything to say.

No doubt, I utterly destroyed one of his tirades and he dropped in to this mode with me.
He started it with you when you dismantled another one.

I read that he heard noises, I didn't see anything that implied those sounds were of his daughter having sex. Maybe you could provide a link since you seem to have read about it.

I didnt read about it, I stated the obvious. The girl didnt seem to be in a state of distress, the boy was in her bedroom after being invited.....

You work it out, it isnt difficult.

No it isn't difficult at all. I was going by what I read and nothing I read indicated that the noises he heard were sexual. You and the other poster seem to be not only assuming that they were, but that the dad also should have known that. Personally I would rather stick to the facts and leave it at that.

Her complete lack of distress was, I must assume, the reason she lied to her father about
knowing the boy.

I will repeat
The father should have had the kid on his
knees facing away from the father with his fingers
locked behind his head.
Most likely that would have kept the kid
from doing something stupid.

Maybe that is what tongue tied the boy as well. I hadn't thought about it and no one has mentioned it, but my nephew brought up a good point last night. Why didn't the kid say anything when the girl denied knowing him. He said the first words out of his mouth would have been along the lines of 'why are you lying, we go to school together" and start listing names and events to help back his story. Everything about this story is fucked up and I am not sure we will ever know what really happened.

Actually it was PS who claimed to not only know her distress level, but knew exactly what noises were coming from the room before the father walked in. Why don't you ask him?

because he was going on quotes from different sources than the one you read obviously because I saw the same report....
the only thing we know for sure is that the boy was killed by the father, anything else is heresay supposition and assumption.I quantified at the very beginning that everything else was questionable and it will come out at trial, if there is one.
But it hasnt stopped anyone from "guessing" and some even taking what they think as gospel.
I asked Bama cos he was the one that made the claim .... Im not asking PS anything, because I understood where he was coming from.

Right now, all we have is daddies story, we havent heard a word from the daughter have we???
daddys story, will likely be far different to daughters.
again facts not in evidence, just subjective viewing.
according to daddy there was an argument, o maybe the boy DID try to call her out...maybe the boys response pissed daddy off so much the boy didnt go for a gun, maybe he called his daughter a whore...and daddy shot him in the head.
OF course the real story will not come out, not even a close approximation of it.
because the victim is dead
cant tell his side of the story

The kid may have, but who are you going to believe, your daughter or the strange guy
you found in her room who (in your mind) say anything to keep from getting shot.

Uh, according to the authorities statements to the press:

The daughter admitted after the fact that 1) she invited the boy over, and 2) she lied about knowing him, and 3) confirmed the series of events up to the boy getting shot.

So what "story" does she have to tell, other than "I was stupid and got my boyfriend killed." ?

And you ignored the implication that the kid, and only the kid, would tell the truth.

The boy had every reason to tell the truth. If he didn't he was looking at jail.

I imagine the argument as police describe what was going on between the 911 call and the shooting, was your heated he said/ she said type.

I qualified it with // in the fathers mind// I suspect that as that argument continued the kid panicked,
which precipitated the shooting.

she has just seen her daddy shoot her "friend"
her story might change without a parents intervention
either can lie,
you dont think her story is important or likely to have slight different outlook?
