Uh, according to the authorities statements to the press:

The daughter admitted after the fact that 1) she invited the boy over, and 2) she lied about knowing him, and 3) confirmed the series of events up to the boy getting shot.

So what "story" does she have to tell, other than "I was stupid and got my boyfriend killed." ?

she has just seen her daddy shoot her "friend"
her story might change without a parents intervention
either can lie,
you dont think her story is important or likely to have slight different outlook?

Right, the stupid redneck Texas deputy, who knows absolutely nothing about getting statements, took the girl's statement in front of her father, so she may or may not give a false statement.

Standard procedure, desperate witnesses and get independent statements.

But hey, Texans are stupid, redneck assholes.

No, you said:

quote:

she has just seen her daddy shoot her "friend"
her story might change without a parents intervention
either can lie,

Since she would have given her statement without her dad present, why the hell wouldn't she tell a different story if that isn't what happened?

If she gave a statement that differed significantly from the father's, dad would be in custody pending investigation, and she would be in the protection of CPS.

hm and how long did it take for the cops to get there? of course nothing was said during that wait...
again, either can lie
but again you miss the whole response
so again, I will repeat it, I hope you are faster picking up on the hint than some others

because i was responding to THIS ONLY

Right, the stupid redneck Texas deputy, who knows absolutely nothing about getting statements, took the girl's statement in front of her father, so she may or may not give a false statement.

Im sure you mean separate witnesses? Im guessing you are.

But hey, Texans are stupid, redneck assholes. your words, not mine

Did you ever find a shooting of which you approved?
How about admitting that I have found several on these threads which I condemned?
or are you going to continue with your rope a dope?

This game again?

You are a child. I immediately responded, and you simply refuse to read it. 150 actually. [<--cases, for one with poor comprehension]

Your "several" is four.

I've roped the dope already...he just thinks if he closes his eyes, the world vanishes.

All this started when I pointed out that the reason I don't engage seriously with you and your pal is the irrational all or nothing no-sense-of-porportion inherently unreasonable approach you take to "discussion," making discussion with you two pointless.

You are simply further demonstrating the point.

Have fun. Everyone needs a hobby.

My several is 7 but thank you for admitting that your were wrong about my always backing
the guy with the gun.
Post 150 was made by Joether not you what did you do pull a number out of a hat
This started when you stated that I have a knee jerk automatic defense of everyone
with a gun. I gave you 7 cases where I condemned the shooter proving that statement wrong
and challenged you to give me any cases where you or anyone on the anti self defense side
found any shooting on any thread as justified.
You have childishly stuck your nose in the air and refused to give a straight answer.
Now you give me a post number where you claim to have answered and it wasn't even your
post.

You. are. incredibly. slow. or. deliberately. obtuse.

Doesn't. matter.

I. have. told. you. already. several. times. that. I. responded. immediately. after. your. post.

I said nothing about "post 150" -- you really CAN'T read, can you?

Either go look, or take your childish bullshit elsewhere.

This conversation is over.

I've seen a lot of dumb shit in this forum, but none so ridiculous as pretending not to grasp that the post after a question contains the response. Unfuckingbelievable.

It didn't other that you think you are to damned important to be questioned.

Not one of your 150 fictional cases was on any thread here.

Step 1: go to the post where you asked the question.
Step 2: go to the next post that responds to it.

Where are you getting lost?

Maybe someone could do a FAQ thread for people who don't get how forums work.

Well you did post a link to an article http://www.nytimes.com/2013/06/19/us/in-150-shootings-the-fbi-deemed-agents-faultless.html?_r=1& where the FBI said 150 shooters were deemed faultless but I am not sure how that answers where you have ever claimed they were. Unless of course you are claiming to work for the FBI and somehow involved in the decision.

No it isn't difficult at all. I was going by what I read and nothing I read indicated that the noises he heard were sexual. You and the other poster seem to be not only assuming that they were, but that the dad also should have known that. Personally I would rather stick to the facts and leave it at that.

You wouldnt know a fact if it bit you on the arse, so here is one for you to consider.

"The father, who was not identified, was notified by one of his children that there was someone in his 16-year-old daughter's room, the report said. He reportedly found his daughter in bed with the teen."

???

Or agree with the decisions -- NONE of us are involved in ANY of the decisions regarding ANY disputed shootings.

The first one, from the Boston Marathon, is even relatively recent.

Responsible cases involving well-trained law enforcement are not unique. That's the point.

And I have no quarrel with responsible law enforcement carrying firearms (vs., say, bobbies, who don't carry them).

Self-appointed enforcers I'm less confident about.

You changed your post after I quoted it.
I thought you meant post 150 since we haven't had 150 shooting cases on here for you to support.
