When I get those unwanted replies and delete, I'm thinking "they aren't worth my time and effort", not 'getting one over' the sender. Most of us just shrug it off and ignore it. If you are going to get your panties in a knot over it, that's your problem, nobody elses. I think you need to grow a thicker skin.
