You are responsible for her physical as well as mental well being.

You accepted that responsibility willingly.

Things are different for everyone, however, I do not think what I have listed ever changes.

"You" take the responsibility to cherish and care for those that have willingly bestowed their gift upon you.

Nothing in the 'kink' way of living is set in concrete, but I think trust and taking responsibility for what you give and get in doing so, is quite important to a relationship.
