How long has the DOJ been on site now? Eric Holder had some of his men parachuted in, I am sure. The Sheriff there says his department will handle the investigation, but thats absurd. Right? I wonder why none of the deputies on the ground thought to look and see if the helicopter hovering overhead was one of theirs, or if it was a news chopper. Looked like they were all assuming that it was one of theirs, and therefore the savage beating was business as usual

You're man. Let women make their own decisions. I'm 1000% pro-choice. Women who aren't ready for a child shouldn't have one -- and unwanted children should not be forced into the world b/c of your own personal, religious beliefs.

Body cameras must be made mandatory, to protect citizens, the police, and the justice system as a whole.

Making extreme comments is only going to inflame things so much that staff has to step in. Please consider making your point without all the pointing. ? ! Whatever. [:D] It would be appreciated. I do know where you are coming from Sanity. It does seem that the media decides a theme and keeps at it hard ignoring the other side of a story or stories. But as with a lot of discussions on this site it should not lesson the impact of any particular happening... Otherwise just because on occasion the same thing happens to a white person should not make it OK to do it to a black person. But I am with you that the media should stop trying to emphasize the white on black theme and as Lucy says emphasize police brutality in general... But that does not sell news. Butch

That's the only way to not get pregnant that is 100% effective (without harming your chances at getting pregnant when you are ready).
