Only Gays Matter!

Gay HairStylist Refuses to Service to Service AntiGay Governer.

Yep! Here we go folks!

Everyone is unequal under the present day bureaucratically created unconstitutional administrative 'law'.

Extra-constitutional regulation and judicial 'fiat' of today infringes upon everyone's rights by creating not only judicial roadblocks to remedy, but a pseudo-judicial dictatorship that does an end-run around DUE PROCESS in violation of constitutionally protected rights, and the average joe plumber people in the US are too unaware, too ignorant, or too busy just surviving and supporting their families to wrap their minds around it danger, and has created a thriving cancer in practice in which so called 'law' is nothing short of the 'inquisition' granting liberties to one special group while trespassing upon the liberties of another.

This rotten fruit and wormwood is produced by those who have went to war to chip away at the rightful and justly reserved liberties of "ALL" the people, by their legislators, judges, and the plethora of gubblemint agencies forcing their bureaucracy designed 'new religion' upon 'some' people while thumbing their noses at this countries design intent through regulatory commercial 'laws', created by the unelected, judged and enforced by their unelected inquisitors, all outside the knowledge of the general population in support of their special interest political agendas and ideology that are also outside the framework of constitutional intent, and promulgated under the guise of law that the people who have to live under said regulations have neither voted upon nor even knew existed.

Here you go, freedom, just like it was prior to the 1700's.

Several weeks ago Martinez was left sans-attendant for her shoulder length bob after stylist Antonio Darden declined to take her as a customer. Darden, an openly gay 46-year-old Santa Fe resident, told The Huffington Post that he had been persuaded to drop the governor as a client after he heard her speak favorably about Gov. Chris Christie's (R) decision to veto same-sex marriage legislation in New Jersey.

"It makes me think more, why don’t gay people, because of the service industry we provide, start doing the same thing and get our rights," Darden said. "We are not asking for something outrageous."

Darden operates a hair salon in Santa Fe, where Republican Governor Susana Martinez has been a regular customer. Darden announced in 2013 that Martinez was no longer welcome in his shop because she didn’t support legal recognition of same-sex marriage. Nor would he share his secret hair coloring formula with the Governor, something he was willing to do for other clients.

In a collectivist society, “offenses” aren’t defined by behavior, but rather by identity. This is compellingly illustrated by cases of Antonio Darden and Elaine Huguenin, New Mexico residents and business owners who, acting in the service of their principles, exercised their property rights by refusing service to potential customers.

Predictably, the legal doctrines justifying the use of administrative law (both at the federal and state levels) were devised during wartime. In its ruling in the 1944 case Yakus v. United States, the US Supreme Court found nothing amiss in the exercise of legislative power by FDR regime’s Price Administrator. Despite the fact that Article One of the US Constitution specifies that “All legislative power herein granted” was to be exercised exclusively by Congress, the Court pretended that an executive branch agency or official could carry out legislative tasks provided that Congress “sufficiently marks the field within which [the official] is to act so that it may be known whether he has kept within it in compliance with the legislative will.”

Court Rules Bakery Illegally Discriminated Against Gay Couple

A Colorado judge today determined that a Lakewood bakery unlawfully discriminated against a gay couple by refusing to sell them a wedding cake.

David Mullins and Charlie Craig visited Masterpiece Cakeshop last year, with Craig’s mother, to order a cake for their upcoming wedding reception. Mullins and Craig planned to marry in Massachusetts and then celebrate with family and friends back home in Colorado. Masterpiece owner Jack Phillips informed them that because of his religious beliefs the store’s policy was to deny service to customers who wished to order baked goods to celebrate a same-sex couple’s wedding.

Being denied service by Masterpiece Cakeshop was offensive and dehumanizing especially in the midst of arranging what should be a joyful family celebration,” said Mullins. “No one should fear being turned away from a public business because of who they are. We are grateful to have the support of our community and our state, and we hope that today’s decision will help ensure that no one else will experience this kind of discrimination again in Colorado.”

State Silences Bakers Who Refused to Make Cake for Lesbian Couple, Fines Them $135K

Oregon Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian finalized a preliminary ruling today ordering Aaron and Melissa Klein, the bakers who refused to make a cake for a same-sex wedding, to pay $135,000 in emotional damages to the couple they denied service.

“This case is not about a wedding cake or a marriage,” Avakian wrote. “It is about a business’s refusal to serve someone because of their sexual orientation. Under Oregon law, that is illegal.”

In the ruling, Avakian placed an effective gag order on the Kleins, ordering them to “cease and desist” from speaking publicly about not wanting to bake cakes for same-sex weddings based on their Christian beliefs.

“This effectively strips us of all our First Amendment rights,” the Kleins, owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa, which has since closed, wrote on their Facebook page. “According to the state of Oregon we neither have freedom of religion or freedom of speech.”

Christians thrown to the lions, while gays get off scotfree!

Welcome to the wild wild world of INjustice where gay religion trumps everyone elses and people are regulated, fined, penalized trespassed upon through unlected unconstitutional administrative incursion created through the bureaucracies under the department of commerce.

The last thing the gubblemint wants is a solution that serves the BEST interest of BOTH parties as there would be no further suits to be filed but since they have their captive market, now Christians and others who have had their religious beliefs stomped upon now have to file suit to acquire their rights.

Welcome back America to the inquisition! hua!

You feel much better now don't you?
I did not notice your cite where the govonor has filed suit? It has been three and a half years.

JVoV -> RE: Gay lives Matter and Matter and Matter! (9/7/2015 2:01:14 PM)

Obviously we need legislation to protect the unrecognized minority of Politician Americans from discrimination.

And also to protect the diets of Lion Americans.

You probably didnt notice it because I didnt post it.

RO, do you think you could articulate your point somewhat more briefly? I always find it quite difficult to work out exactly what someone's trying to get across if a lot of copies-and-pastes are involved in an OP.

I am waiting to see, despite its spelled out very clearly in the OP, how many people truly understand the meaning of what I posted and what needs to be done in this country to protect against the exponentially growing cancer in gubblemint.

The tyanny of administrative law,
Resulting in the destruction of all rights,
through commerce.

Had I said just that everyone would look at me and go huh?

The above draws out the arguments much more clearly.

Is your weave too tight, Felicia?

Real0ne -> RE: Gay lives Matter and Matter and Matter! (9/7/2015 2:15:25 PM)

you want to argue that she has not sued and lost, I get it, so what? It does not change the problem of the courts violating Christians right to "exercise" their religion, which trumps regulatory commercial code except in cases of necessary exigency.

Real0ne -> RE: Gay lives Matter and Matter and Matter! (9/7/2015 2:18:35 PM)

So you are ok with the courts/gubblemint stomping all over someone elses rights so long as you get what you want out of the deal rather than coming to an equitable solution that works for both is that it?

I didnt gather that from your first post, is that where you are going? Whats the point of your jab in your last post?

thompsonx -> RE: Gay lives Matter and Matter and Matter! (9/7/2015 2:25:09 PM)

As a mindreader you suck.
Only a moron would think that ones religious freedom allows you to impose your moronic belief on anyone.

thompsonx -> RE: Gay lives Matter and Matter and Matter! (9/7/2015 2:27:50 PM)

You do not have a right to refuse service to a black because of your religion and you are not allowed to refuse to bake a cake for a gay because of your religion and you are not allowed to refuse service to a douchbag because you disagree with her opinion, because of your religion.

Real0ne -> RE: Gay lives Matter and Matter and Matter! (9/7/2015 2:30:31 PM)

well I dont see your rebuttal with regard to citing her lawsuit in this post, as a mind reader I am pretty good [8D] (especially since your implications were glaringly obvious) LOL

Ok so then because you think in your and by the compass of your political wisdom that something from someone elses religion is moronic to you that the expressly reserved right to exercise ones religion should simply be ignored, to fuck with the organic supreme law. Right?

Very good, now do you have a rational argument since black is not a religious or political position, however gay is

JVoV -> RE: Gay lives Matter and Matter and Matter! (9/7/2015 2:47:43 PM)

Yet, Governor Martinez is a public figure. The rules are a bit different.

We are all tired of having hand rails on stars.
We are all tired of requiring cars not to drive on the sidewalk.
Well not me....the only thing I am tired of is your constant whining about how phoquing unfair the system is for not letting you be a bigot.[;)]

FR,

I think the hair stylist should have the right to accept whatever customer he wants. It's a privately owned business. Let the owner(s) decide the rules, and let consumers vote with their dollars. It just might result in less discrimination in the long run.
