Was the Jew the first one shot or the first one killed?

The Jewish gentleman was the teacher in the room. According to reports, he was shot in the head immediately as the gunman entered.

Which only means they are related religions but someone as wise and smart as you should know that they are by no means the same religion.

Now tell me cuz...just when did I say that they were the same religion? I asked if you had not heard of the judeo-christian ethic? Perhaps you might explane it?

If you want a course in theology start a thread. But you won't like it, it would be boring.

This little tidbit was in your link. With this, how is it possible for any person with a pulse and a three digit i.q. to read any farther?

"Mexico’s Secretary of Interior noted that in Colombia, for example, there are 30 homicides per resident, and that in some Central American countries that figure is higher, reaching 40 homicides per resident."

WoW !!!! With those kind of rates, population numbers in those countries are a negative.

The quote sorta speaks to the validity of the link wouldn't you think?

I'm not finding what you quoted. Which link is it or are you just making it up ?

You are the one pontificating about what religion is which but when asked to validate your moronic bullshit you seem a bit short of facts to support your ignorant opinions.

Very odd but obviously is a typo.

Did you notice any typos in the link I provided?

No I didn't I just pointed out that Judeism and Christianity aren't the same.
A long way from pontivicating about what religion is.
I have plenty of facts, but I am not going to derail into a theological discussion, and no childish insults are going to change that.

And then went on to tell how they were similar

A bartender, bar, or restaurant can be sued for a customer's drunk driving collision.

Because they're the ones supplying the booze. In this state, it is part of their JOB to know "when to say when". TOTALLY different situation.

Nice try, though...

One of these days a private citizen with a concealed carry permit is going to take out a mass shooter and the entire conversation will change.

The FBI is not going to end it's investigation of the e-mail scandal because of this.

I did not suggest they would.

The mainstream media, will however, completely ignore the Mideast and the email scandal for about the next week and focus on the college shooting. The hope, of course, is that people forget about the other two.

Such a crass comment. The US has had nigh on 1000 incidents like this, 4 or more deaths, since Obama won his second term and you worry about an email scandal.

Really? Im curious just how liberal your source is because Mother Jones...a fairly liberal source...give a far lesser figure.

***Mother Jones tracked and mapped shooting sprees over the three decades from 1982 to May of last year ( 2014). They counted "at least 61 mass murders carried out with firearms across the country, with the killings unfolding in 30 states from Massachusetts to Hawaii," they found.***

Oh and BTW...has Obama been President since 82? Sometimes, it SEEMS that long.

Sorry not true.
In July, think it was this happened a couple of times.
A guy open fire in a barber shop with a number of people in it.
As he fired his first round a ccw holder was coming in the door so the only person to die was the nutcase. When ccw holders stop one of these guys it is usually before the body count is high enough to officially be a mass shooting. Besides it doesn't fit the narrative so most of the media ignores it.

Check the web. I've seen a number of cases...

Problem is, when there was a CCW permit holder around they didn't get to be "mass shooters".

Even Mother Jones gives a much lower number and people expect us to accept these outrageous figures.

I wish they got more coverage. But I don't want them to reach that level so I can win some political points, I'm not Joe.

Like it or not, gun control is a political issue. I'd like these types of incidents (avoided deaths) to get as much ink as possible, specifically to make the PPLs shut the fuck up, getting only their side of the story out.

We need some news outlet (even fox doesn't do this to any extreme) to balance the constant bombardment of left-sided issue reporting, especially when it comes to this particular issue.

NO ONE is slamming home the fact that "Gun Free Zone" signs are not only an invitation to scumbags of every stripe, they are ineffective at what they're supposed to accomplish. Of course, that's because of the logical simplicity of: "Law breakers don't obey laws, anyway"

NO ONE is getting the word out that something like 70,000 crimes (forget mass shootings; just robberies and such) are avoided on an annual basis (I think that's the FBI estimate) by law-abiding, concerned (and yes, even scared) citizens.

Michael
