You have to prove guilt. That is how it works in this nation. Or have you never heard of the US Constitution?

Have you ever heard of self defense? In case you are unaware of it when defending yourself there isn't time to go through the courts, and the courts have to prove you did not have good reason to defend yourself. During a riot self defense is a slam dunk. At least in civilized parts of the country.

If you kill one of theirs, they are more likely to want some payback.

Mob mentality, you shoot one the rest run.
And you are still saying that the only way to deal with criminals is to give them what they want and depend on their kindly nature to keep them from harming you.

That training that might have prevented things in Baltimore?

Not telling the police to give them room to destroy might have helped to.

$800, now its $4,000

Since there are more deaths from cars than guns shouldn't that $40,000 dollar car you keep rambling about cost $200,000. You want people to spend $4,000 dollars for a $800 value. BTW I have never spent $40000 on a car or $800 on a firearm. This is just another stick it to the legitimate owners and hope it eventually affects the criminals.
So you believe in trickle down criminology, the Kryptonian therory of criminals, and that we can count on their good will to keep them from harming us, brilliant. On top of all this you are arguing that something can't possibly work in a thread that started off with absolute proof that it does.

Would you pay $800 for an automag? I would.
Would you pay $40,000 for a new tesla? I would.

Here that falls under Castle Doctrine and is self defense, Joether seems to think it is ok, maybe someday the law might do something to them. It is a fact that in a riot individuals are rarely prosecuted for their actions.

Far out. Versus the stellar knowledge the average citizen of your country when it comes to its own neocolonial history, you mean?

That would be a straw purchase, and as you should know illegal.
The point is that Joe wants to put a tax on an $800 gun so that you get $800 worth of gun for a mere $4000, do you like that idea?

Not necessarily. That would depend on whether the initial transaction was done with an FFL dealer or in a private transaction.

Not at all, me and the go to the local gunshop and have the guy with the license broker the sale. Think about it dude who the phoque would straw purchase an automag???it is a functioning collectable that is not made anymore and is worth what ever someone wants for one since there are way more people who want one than there are automags existing in the real world.

I have already told you, joe is a moron. I want an automag (complete) and an xp100 in .220 swift.

You have to state on the form that you are buying it for yourself.
If not the person you are buying it for has to come in and fill it out themself.
If you lie on the form then at least you are guilty of purjury, says so right on the form.

Now wait a minute....you said you would not be interested in an automag for $800, I am and I am willing to pay a finders fee. What is your issue? Is this some religious thing because I am a heathen infidel?
Stef would buy it for me....well maybe not the first one but most likely the seccond one she found for $800

No, I wouldn't. Frankly, the thought of you with firearms is troubling, to say the least.
