This is the standard submissive response to lectures. You can hold their attention about 15 seconds in a lecture. For submissive women a lecture never works. They zone out in about, well as I say, you will be lucky to get her attention for 15 seconds. It is in the "breed". But that's okay. Give her a concise plan, lending to her effort a structure she can follow and praise her when she accomplishes something, anything, toward those goals and she will move in the direction you were attempting to lecture her about.

Most people i deal with on a day to day basis are unhappy,pissed off,angry,hostile,selfish,self centered units.

People in this lifestyle strike me as some of the worst offenders of misery,intolerance,judgmental and discontented units forever trying to find happiness at the end of an orgasm.

This is only a temporary fix to a deeper rooted restlessness,irritable and discontented soul sickness.

It is not easy surrounding ourselves with good,happy,solid people that are content with themselves and their life.

Considering your continued frustration at being unable to teach overweight women who - according to you- are actually desiring and motivated lose weight to actually meet their own goals, one can only conclude that you're a lousy teacher, and an inadequate fitness instructor.

You should consider attempting to find something you're actually good at to do instead.

Currently you seem to be wasting your own time, as well as the time of the overweight women you meet who are looking for somebody to help them lose weight...
