I was showing your cite had nothing to do with what you said it did and in fact was just the opposite. It seems you accept that now that I point it out to you.

Highlights:

The Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2016 provides FY2016 appropriations to the Department of Defense (DOD) for military construction, military family housing, the U.S. share of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Security Investment Program, and base closures and realignments.

The bill also prohibits the Administration from renovating, expanding, or constructing facilities in the United States to house individuals held in the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay.

Yet, perhaps these are what you are referencing as cuts:

Ottertail was using the old trope that if an increase is made smaller - its a cut. You know how if you're spending a billion and you propose to spend 2, and then only spend 1.5 - thats a cut.

Lets talk about propaganda and asswipe.

Tell me exactly how increasing construction in the military (which is part of this much vaunted increase) has to do with the VA. They are separate budgets, and this is being rolled into the VA budget to make it look like an increase there, when in fact it is porkulus on an unrelated bill. Something the nutsuckers swore a solemn oath was never going to go on, as they borrow and spend.

Lets stick to the subject. Once again you've been caught ought making things up. You said the VA's been cut - I'm waiting with bated breath for the evidence of same. I've provided links showing it was not.

That is the subject, your cherry picking and ignoring aside, you are plainly wrong, and have always had zero credibliity, you make things up.
