I am thinking the proper expression is 'fascist capitalist' which is the capitalist wet-dream if you will of using govt. sanction of and in the interests of the corp. for domination through consolidations, tending toward monopoly and the market power of greater profits plus with [it] being granted political power of being 'like a person' and all of their accumulated capital acting as now protected accumulated free speech. This resulting over time in the corp. domination of virtually all govt. power over the economy, war and trade.

No, no thinking person could agree with Buckley in every respect.

Do you mean like when the government mandates that the (supposedly) free individual MUST buy a product from a company?

Oh, deary-dear! I may be more far along in my conversion than you are. No, I was asserting my minority privilege; like when black people can use any word they want to, when talking about themselves (or you white devils).

You see, I can say "injun" (because I am one), but if you do it, it's off to politically correct "Siberia" (No demonstrations. Back of the line at Unemployment and Welfare) for you (Oh! You would also be barred from my casino)!

Tis about time someone explained to me what nutsacker nutsuker is. Is like a sheople? A paragraph please and the nuances :) ta

Because I haven't had my globular clusters drained for a very long time and I fear they will explode any moment now; showering everyone in my glorious ball fragmentation and man juice. Incidentally ladies it tastes of desperation, sadness and wretched woe with a tasty hint o’ cheap chardonnay

As for Ops thread its pure sophistry, no matter what political affiliation one you threaded, I found enlightenment many epochs ago and enforce it with my knobkerrie of justice in the manner known as smote/ing.

At least over here, Scotland, we have
Clown party 1 SNP
Clown party 2 Labour
Clown party 3 Tory fascists scumbags - i will included UKIP in with that lot.
Clown party 4 lib dems nutsackers too clown party 3
Clown party 5-15 I miss Screaming Lord Such of the Monster Raving Loony partyits a real party see:)

Reaches for his knobkerrie, and blunt mace, and returns back to why OP just drivelled sophistry and pity any fool, as MR T would say, who bought any of it as valid, pertinent, and picks two of its sophist points at random.

1. I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefits.
It is not your country. Indigenous population aside, which you wiped to the precipice of extinction, routes of migration: north to south, and also south to north, of All America.
Or let us say you have an “illegal”immigrant who has been in your lands 1 year, 5 year, 50 years, 100 years (yes I know the birth thingy) 500 years – when are they not illegal, so to speak.
And I always remember America welcoming Mother Theresa, 2-3 decades ago, and Florence Nightingale (may have hallucinated the last one on a wine bender). Do you believe the ill should be denied assistance, dignity and be left alone to suffer, because of your wretched humanity.

2 I believe that people who can't tell us if it will rain next week can tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don't start driving a Prius.
In Scotland they cannot even tell if it will rain today, but that is neither here nor there. Whether it will rain today has no bearing on the ice caps, now does it. No meteorological lesson needed here…The earth warms ( for soo many reasons discussed on other threads) the ice caps loose mass and man is one factor and what the fukery has a prius got do with whether it will rain today or the melting of the icecaps

Yes, that's part of it. That would also include courts ordering ER's to save the lives at risk, insurance or not, (deductible or not) financed by the taxpayers or owners/investors out of profits or non-profits, Quakers paying taxes to help finance the Vietnam war who were uniformly against it.

That would also include all of us financing what I've read will be for 4 more carrier groups for a total of 14...and the $billions/day to operate them. Plus financing over 2,400 F35 fighters that has already gone from a program cost of some $1.3 trillion to $1.9 trillion and what is generally, many billion$ in guaranteed profits through the MIC.

But as I've written repeatedly, as long as you guys, stand-up, hard working professionals all, will bust your ass, working those 50-60 hour weeks making real good money, pay your 40% in fed. taxes while others sleep in, hit the golf course, buy and sell stocks and real estate, hold for a year, sell out, make million$ and pay only 20% (half what you guys pay and just up from 15%) in something called capital gains tax...we'll be alright.

Hell I am sure many of those guys and gals want Cruz elected if only because he will make those so-called capital gains...tax free. Then they won't give what is it...a rats' ass, what the govt. spends it trillion$ on ?

Oh and not to put to fine a point on it, Obamacare is a mandate to buy a service...insurance. The service provided is a financial service...a transfer of risk, in this case...a financial risk. Which is rigged totally to provide profits where one could say. pay $5,000/year in premiums to the insurance co. while paying the first $5,000 in medical expenses...each year. Meaning that one could have medical insurance, maintain good health...and never use it, while paying both Peter and Paul all on his own, for the privilege.

Now that's 'my' kind of capitalist fascism.

I see absolutely no correlation between judicial leniency and surging crime rates.

FR

I could have disputed just about any one of the claims in your post but this one is as good as any .....

The USA has over two million of its citizens in jail and up to 6 or 7 million involved in the criminal justice/correctional system at one level or another. This is one of the highest rates of incarceration in the world, definitely the highest among the industrialised democracies and approx 5 times the rate of incarceration in my country. This suggests to me that far from being lenient, sentences handed down in American courts are punitive. So perhaps you can post some good evidence to support your claim of "judicial leniency".

After demonstrating the fact of "judicial leniency" (assuming you can, a rather generous assumption) you might then be kind enough to outline the "correlation between judicial leniency and surging crime rates" you seem to believe exists.

I do hope you are not going to argue that "judicial leniency" causes "surging crime rates". That would be too stupid for words when one recalls that in the real world, US crime rates are falling not "surging", and have been for a few decades now.

Oh, and the pipes. You do not want to know about the pipes. Fuel pipes bursting has the potential to cause an explosion devastating to within several hundred feet and six stories high.
